Best gift for climbing instructors?

They're college students working in the outdoor adventure department of the university (so they're into a variety of outdoor sports, not just climbing). There are usually five or six in class so maybe a basket of something? Power bars & gu? Box of donuts?
There are five or six staff working each week, but not always the same. This makes gift cards difficult, unless I gave them a stack of small-value cards for them to divide up among who is there on the last day.
